Internet Content Provider Support Manager Cambridge to £36k
The Internet Content Provider Support Manager will have 2-3 years technical support experience in the mobile Internet industry, software or IT services and have technical training or courseware development experience.
You will be very customer focused with proven success of leading and motivating and inspiring a team, with a passion and flair for exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
The role will be to help speed up the clients? learning process by training, development of training materials, and feedback into the development team to eliminate any problems.
ased at HQ in Cambridge England with travel to industry events, prospect sites and other offices will be required.
Salary: £26-£36,000 plus benefits package
